Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Eligible items must be unused, in their original, sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Perishable goods (like probiotics or tinctures once opened)

    • Expired products


2. Return Authorization (RMA)
  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at contact@mednaturellc.com

  • Be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return.

  • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send the return.

  • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping & Handling
  • Unless the return is due to a defective product or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Please use a reliable carrier with tracking or insurance to safeguard your return.


4. Refund Processing
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is ours.


5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
  • Please inspect all items upon delivery.

  • Report any defective, damaged, or incorrect products within 24 hours of receipt by emailing contact@mednaturellc.com, with photos and your order details.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Exchanges & Store Credit
  • If you’d prefer an exchange or store credit rather than a refund, please let us know.

  • We’re happy to accommodate either, based on your preference.


7. Policy Updates
  • MedNature LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.

  • Any changes will be posted on the website and become effective immediately.
