Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Eligible items must be unused, in their original, sealed packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
Non-returnable items include:
Perishable goods (like probiotics or tinctures once opened)
Expired products
2. Return Authorization (RMA)
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at contact@mednaturellc.com
Be sure to include your name, order number, and reason for return.
You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send the return.
Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping & Handling
Unless the return is due to a defective product or our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please use a reliable carrier with tracking or insurance to safeguard your return.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is ours.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect all items upon delivery.
Report any defective, damaged, or incorrect products within 24 hours of receipt by emailing contact@mednaturellc.com, with photos and your order details.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges & Store Credit
If you’d prefer an exchange or store credit rather than a refund, please let us know.
We’re happy to accommodate either, based on your preference.
7. Policy Updates
MedNature LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on the website and become effective immediately.
